How a leech in your house could make you rich
The leech that lives inside you could be worth more than the value of the house itself, according to a new study.
The study by property consultants Leechiu Property Consultants found that while the average home has an estimated value of $1.4 million, the leech can sell for more than $3 million.
The study looked at the value and value of properties across the United States.
It looked at properties where there were three or more homes and where the average selling price was $2,300 or less.
The average selling cost was $1,800 or less for the properties in the study.
In a survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors, Leechui found that the leeches’ value increased significantly after the homeowners started to take steps to keep the house in good condition.
The report says homeowners who put down more money and started taking steps to clean up their properties could see a significant increase in their income.
The report said the owners of those properties could get $8,000 in savings if they cleaned up the leecher’s home, bought a new washing machine, replaced a broken door and took out a loan to help pay for the repairs.
The homeowners also could receive an additional $2.50 in cash.
The survey found that some homeowners who cleaned up their property and cleaned up and bought a newer house had an additional 15% to 30% higher income than the homeowners who didn’t clean up and cleaned out their properties.
A number of states are considering laws requiring homeowners to remove leeches from their homes to prevent their spread, but the cost of the laws and the lack of research has prompted some to question the effectiveness of these measures.
