The company’s website is an accurate reflection of what the market is actually looking at.
The company is currently selling its property portfolio in Dublin, with a focus on the Cork area.
The average sale price of a property in Cork is €1.75m, according to Castleland.
Dublin’s Cork Castle Estate is one of the top-earning properties in the country, with sales increasing from €1m in the year to March 2018 to €4.7m in 2019, according the company.
The number of sales of €2m or more rose from 12 in the same period last year to 31 this year.
The property is a major tourist attraction and a major attraction for tourists from the UK, Germany and Scandinavia.
It is estimated that between 1,000 and 2,000 visitors visit Cork Castle every year.
The estate is a popular location for weddings and other events.
