What is IPC?
IPC, a real estate firm in London, is a private equity firm that specialises in managing the sale of the property in a residential development in the city.
It is one of the first companies in the UK to be granted a licence to operate, the firm said in a statement.
Leaving the European Union and becoming part of the European Investment Bank (EIB) is not a permanent decision for IPC.
Its clients include many multinationals and major property developers.
In the UK, IPC has invested around £200m in the residential developments and a further £120m in other projects, according to the firm.
The London property developer, which has an office in New York, has a long history in London and is considered to be one of Britain’s most successful residential developers.
It has built and redeveloped over 50 residential developments in London including three major developments in the capital, including the London Olympic Park and Canary Wharf, according the firm’s website.IPC was formed in the early 2000s to sell property in the west of England, including Kensington and Chelsea.
The firm now has a presence in over 60 properties in London.
The firm says it is “working closely with the EIB to develop new opportunities for IPCs across the UK”.
